I don't believe those parts are sold separately. Your best route is eBay. Search for "small engine carburetor mounting" or "small engine carburetor bolt" or "small engine carburetor studs"
A quick search now produced around 10 results, mostly with Kohler engine block but keep on checking periodically.
BTW, why do you need to replace it? did you strip the head?
