Troubleshooting Bosch Dishwasher InfoLight

I have a new Bosch dishwasher (SHPM65Z56N/01). Had to change some settings on the panel, but now I cannot get the red info light to come on while the dishwasher is running.
I tried a reset setting offered in the owners manual, but it didnt work.
